Most of our work is structured as project-based service engagements — defined scope, defined deliverables. For programmes where the resulting variant classifications have ongoing strategic value, we also work in deeper partnership structures: co-development, licensing, and joint data assets where the data supports a partner's clinical and regulatory programmes.
